Part-Time Social Media Assistant

We’re looking for a creative, social-media-obsessed person to join the Betty and Biddy team

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves creating content, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and is always keeping an eye on what’s trending on TikTok and Instagram.

THE ROLE

📱 Create engaging TikTok, Instagram & social content
🎥 Film and edit short-form videos and Reels
✨ Come up with fresh content ideas for Betty and Biddy
📸 Help plan and create product and lifestyle content
🔥 Keep on top of TikTok sounds, trends and formats
💬 Support day-to-day social media activity
💡 Bring new ideas and creativity to our weekly content planning

📊 Monitor and analyse social media performance across our platforms
📈 Track key metrics including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and conversions
🔍 Identify what content is performing — and importantly, understand why
💡 Use insights and data to shape future content, test new ideas and continuously improve performance
📅 Report on results and bring learnings and recommendations into our weekly content meetings

 

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Loves social media and understands TikTok & Instagram
• Is confident creating and appearing in content for tik tok and is confident to host lives
• Has a great eye for fashion, jewellery and trends
• Is creative, organised and full of ideas
• Can work independently and as part of a small team
• Understands the Betty and Biddy customer and aesthetic

Monday & Tuesday
9am–5pm
Part-time
Office-based role
