Expédition et emballage
Nous sommes basés à Dublin, en Irlande. Nous emballons et expédions depuis Dublin 6 jours par semaine, du lundi au vendredi (de 9h à 17h) et le samedi (de 9h à 11h).
Les livraisons en Irlande sont actuellement effectuées sous 2 à 3 jours et en Europe sous 7 à 10 jours. Les commandes à destination du Royaume-Uni sont expédiées par Royal Mail, mais en raison du courrier aérien et des nouveaux contrôles douaniers, les délais de livraison sont de 5 à 7 jours. Tous les articles à destination du Royaume-Uni sont expédiés en 2e classe avec suivi. Pour le reste du monde, le délai peut atteindre 14 jours. Des frais de livraison s'appliquent pour toute commande inférieure ou égale à 75 euros. Les tarifs sont indiqués au moment du paiement.

Prendre soin de vos articles Betty et Biddy est très simple. Suivez ces instructions simples pour prolonger vos achats.
1. Ne dormez pas avec vos articles Betty et Biddy.
2. Évitez les parfums, les lotions ou les produits en excès sur vos articles.
3. Évitez les piscines ou les douches lorsque vous portez vos bijoux.
4. Porter vos articles lorsque vous faites du sport ou à la salle de sport peut les endommager par le processus naturel de transpiration du corps.
5. Rangez vos articles dans un endroit sûr lorsque vous les retirez, comme votre sac cadeau Betty et Biddy.
Retours
Nous proposons des remboursements et des échanges pour les articles non portés et retournés dans les 28 jours. Les frais de retour ne sont pas pris en charge. Il est conseillé d'envoyer un colis en recommandé, car en cas de non-réception du colis, aucun remboursement ne sera effectué. Les frais de retour sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Veuillez en tenir compte.
Tous les articles doivent être retournés dans leur emballage d'origine et dans l'état dans lequel ils ont été reçus.
Pour des raisons d'hygiène, veuillez noter qu'aucun échange ni remboursement ne sera accordé pour les boucles d'oreilles, ni pour les articles portés. Tous les articles doivent être retournés à l'adresse suivante : Betty and Biddy, 6c Robinhood Road, Ballymount, Dublin 22. La gamme Betty and Biddy est vaste. La gamme de matériaux utilisés varie selon les collections. Elle propose un mélange de zinc, de laiton, de zircone cubique, de cuivre et d'argent sterling.
