Verzending en verpakking
We zijn gevestigd in Dublin, Ierland. Vanuit hier verpakken en verzenden we 6 dagen per week: van maandag tot en met vrijdag (9.00-17.00 uur) en op zaterdag (9.00-11.00 uur).
Leveringen binnen Ierland duren momenteel 2-3 dagen na verzending en naar Europa 7-10 dagen na verzending. Bestellingen naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk worden verzonden via Royal Mail, maar vanwege luchtpost en de nieuwe douanecontroles duurt de levering 5-7 dagen. Alle artikelen naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk worden 2e klas verzonden met track en trace. Naar de rest van de wereld kan de levertijd tot 14 dagen na verzending zijn. Er worden verzendkosten in rekening gebracht voor alle bestellingen van € 75 en lager. De tarieven worden weergegeven bij het afrekenen.
Sieradenverzorging
Het verzorgen van je Betty & Biddy-artikelen is heel eenvoudig. Volg deze eenvoudige instructies om je aankopen te verlengen.
1. Slaap niet in je Betty en Biddy-spullen.
2. Vermijd het gebruik van parfums, lotions of overmatige hoeveelheden producten op uw kleding.
3. Vermijd zwembaden en douches terwijl u uw sieraden draagt.
4. Het dragen van kledingstukken tijdens het sporten of in de sportschool kan schade veroorzaken door het natuurlijke zwetenproces van het lichaam.
5. Bewaar je spullen op een veilige plek wanneer je ze uitdoet, bijvoorbeeld in je Betty en Biddy-cadeautas.
Retourneren
We bieden restitutie en ruiling aan voor artikelen, zolang ze ongedragen zijn en binnen 28 dagen worden geretourneerd. We vergoeden de kosten van retourzending niet. Aangetekende verzending wordt geadviseerd, want als het pakket niet aankomt, kunnen we geen restitutie verlenen. De kosten voor het retourneren van artikelen zijn voor rekening van de koper. Houd hier rekening mee.
Alle artikelen dienen in de originele verpakking en in de staat waarin u ze heeft ontvangen, te worden geretourneerd.
Om hygiënische redenen is ruilen of retourneren van oorbellen en gedragen artikelen niet mogelijk. Alle artikelen dienen te worden geretourneerd naar het volgende adres: Betty and Biddy, 6c Robinhood Road, Ballymount, Dublin 22. Stuur een e-mail naar info@bettyandbiddy.com voordat u uw artikelen retourneert voor instructies.
Materialen
Het Betty & Biddy-assortiment is enorm. Het spectrum aan gebruikte materialen varieert per collectie. Het bestaat uit een mix van zink, messing, kubieke zirkoon, koper en sterling zilver. Lees de productbeschrijving van elk artikel. Houd er rekening mee dat mensen met een milde of andere gevoeligheid voor sieraden deze niet kunnen kopen.
