The Social Media Coordinator at Betty and Biddy holds full responsibility for executing the social media strategy across all platforms. This role requires expertise in social trends and metrics, content creation, and collaboration within the betty and biddy team to shape the brand's social presence. The goal is to be revolutionary in social media approaches in styling and jewellery with prioritising consumer satisfaction and redefining content strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Help implement the brands social media strategy
  • Lead social media campaigns to support product launches and key business objectives.
  • Generate monthly content schedules for all social media platforms and schedules for execution of that content.
  • Manage content calendars, planning strategically in coordination with our marketing manager.
  • Collaborate with creatives to develop social assets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners on timelines, feedback, and deliverables.
  • Curate user-generated content (UGC) through manual sourcing and relationship-building.
  • Utilise social insights tools to optimise content performance continuously. Work closely with our Meta and Google Ads team to help maximise performance of all ads.
  • Maintain organisation of all social assets.
  • Foster and maintain active engagement with our audience through comments, messages, and community building.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
  • Work with wider team on influencer collaboration, identifying and collaborating with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand reach.
  • Utilise social media analytics tools to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate regular reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimising social media strategies. Work closely with our Meta and Google Ads team to help maximise performance of all ads.
  • Work with our in house PR team to help develop strategy in Ireland and the UK.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of social media/community management experience.
  • Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok platforms.
  • Experience in content creation and editing using Instagram, TikTok, and related platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Professional, flexible, and collaborative team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Ballymount, Dublin 22. Three days in office/Two days remote. Flexible on days. 

Terms: Full Time: Monday to Thursday 9-5pm and 9-3pm on Friday.

Salary: 29-31,000k depending on experience. 

Extra: Occasionally travel with photoshoots etc.
