As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dedicated, friendly, and motivated individual to join our team.

Order Fulfilment

• Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders accurately and efficiently

• Ensure orders are packed to brand standards

• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with courier services

• Process exchanges and returns in line with company policies

• Meet daily dispatch cut-off times

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and social media

• Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, sizing, and product questions

• Resolve issues in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner

• Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience at all touchpoints

Stock Management

• Receive, check, and process incoming stock deliveries

• Maintain accurate stock levels across inventory systems

• Conduct regular stock counts and assist with stocktakes

• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged stock

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using email, chat platforms, and social media tools
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (MS Office, Google Suite)
• Positive attitude, patience, and a friendly demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A passion for jewellery is a plus.

Schedule:

• Flexible, part-time hours (up to 15 hours per week)
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience
