Part-Time Order Fulfilment Assistant

Betty & Biddy is looking for a friendly, organised and energetic Part-Time Order Fulfilment Assistant to join our team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our orders moving smoothly from the moment they come in to the moment they're packed and ready to go. We're looking for someone who is reliable, enjoys being part of a team, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.

What you'll be doing

• Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring they are processed efficiently
• Printing and organising shipping labels
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and carefully
• Making sure orders are dispatched on time
• Keeping a good flow of orders through the packing process
• Checking orders for accuracy and presentation
• Helping to keep the packing area organised and tidy
• Flagging any issues with orders, stock or deliveries to the wider team
• Working closely with the team to make sure everything runs smoothly during busy periods
• Helping out with general warehouse and fulfilment tasks as needed

• Organised and able to stay focused when there are lots of orders to process
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working at a steady pace and getting stuck into practical tasks
• Detail-oriented, with a good eye for accuracy
• Proactive and happy to use their initiative
• Positive and willing to help wherever needed

Previous experience in order fulfilment, packing, retail, e-commerce or a similar role would be a bonus, but personality, reliability and a great attitude are just as important to us.

The role

Part-time: 3 days per week
Hours: 10:00am – 2:30pm
Flexible days to suitLocation : Nutgrove Office Park, Dublin 14.
